Now that Trump is no longer in the White House, some may let go of their guards. If one thinks that fascism has exited the American politics just because a fascist had left the house, he/she will be disappointed very soon.
Trump has no access to executive order, correct, but, he has access to many other types of orders. Qanon may have lost a father figure in the White House, but they have not lost the father himself, he has just moved to another house.
In a word that 1% own 90% of the resources, many tendencies may rise. Chief among those tendencies is fascism.
If and only if the Italian had incorporated/copyrighted the fascism, the today’s fascists would have paid a hefty price to become one.
Trump did not introduce fascism into the American politics, what he did was, he made it halal. He emboldened those who either where shy to come out in full force or hidden because of a possible shaming. Erosion of trust that DJ Trump succeeded in bringing about, will not be remedied very soon. Division will live for years to come. It is a high possibility that Trump may start his own political party and launch a cable channel to decimate his idea and crown his son to run for presidency if not himself.
